    Want to eat healthy but having trouble making healthy food choices?  Join AgeWise, MCVA* and Giant of McLean and take advantage of this hands-on opportunity to learn how the Nutrition Facts Label can make it easier for you to choose healthy foods, control your weight and manage your cholesterol and other health conditions.  We will be taking a tour of the store and how to choose the best foods for your health.
