    Leaders Accelerate! is a transformative, 1-day REGIONAL leadership summit for established leaders, emerging leaders, entrepreneurs, activists and other innovators. This engaging experience brings together trailblazing professionals at varying stages in their development for a forum that fuels personal growth and innovative thinking. 

    Target Audience: (most offices are sending multiple people based on the different segments)

    1. Senior Leaders- Strategic leader to include C-Suite executives, executive directors, business owners, etc.
    2. Established Leaders- Influential leader with 10+ years of workplace experience.
    3. Emerging Leaders- High-potential leader with less than 10 years of workplace experience.

     Dynamic keynote speakers include:

    • Don Graham, Chairman of the Board, Graham Holdings
    • Marian Wright Edelman, Founder & President, Children’s Defense Fund
    • Linda Singh, Managing Director for Accenture & Brigadier General for the Maryland Army National Guard 

    The summit is presented in partnership with Leadership Arlington, Leadership Fairfax, Leadership Greater Washington, Leadership Loudoun, Leadership Montgomery and Leadership Prince William.
