The Greater McLean Chamber of Commerce's women's leadership initiatives emphasize growth and development of women's leadership through education, advocacy, and collaboration. In collaboration with the Asian American Chamber of Commerce, Falls Church Chamber of Commerce, Greater Merrifield Business Association, the Tysons Regional Chamber of Commerce, and the Vienna Business Association we present bi-monthly Regional Women's Circle of Influence events.
Our annual Women's Leadership Forum is our marquee women's leadership event. Equal parts inspiration and education, the Women’s Leadership Forum gathers women from diverse professions and backgrounds and provides them with information, encouragement, and the opportunity to connect with each other. Activities throughout the day include keynote speakers, panel discussions, and targeted breakout sessions. A truly dynamic event, the Women’s Leadership Forum provides female professionals a unique opportunity to come together with other like-minded women and both learn and collaborate.
