Board of Directors Installation and Dinner
The Annual Winter Gala Board of Directors Installation is the Chamber’s premier social event of the year. This event offers an opportunity for guests and sponsors get to know the incoming board and guest bartenders, learn about Chamber successes from the previous year, and hear from the incoming Chairman of the Board. It also provides the Chamber with a forum to publicly acknowledge and thank its volunteers.

About Keynote Speaker Gordon Reid, President, Giant Landover Division
About Emcee Ken Harvey Ken Harvey started his NFL career as a first-round draft selection by Arizona in 1988. He was signed by the Redskins as a free agent in March 1994 and became the first Redskins player to lead the NFC in sacks in 1994 (tied with Minnesota’s John Randle with 13.5); second in the NFL. Mr. Harvey finished with 89 career sacks and was named to four consecutive Pro Bowls, 1994 – 97.
Today, Mr. Harvey remains very active in the Washington, DC-area community. He is President of the Washington Redskins Alumni Association, as well as a member of the Washington Redskins Leadership Council Honorary Committee.
