    Topic: Back to School - Contracts Class  
    Presented by Marcus Simon, Attorney and Owner of EKKO Title.

    Discussion will focus on new closing procedures, forms, and documents that will replace the HUD-1 and Good Faith Estimates for loans originated after October 3rd, 2015.  Come learn about and understand the new process that starts in just a few short weeks. The event will also include a mock settlement walk-through on the new forms.
